ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2013 after working as a State Farm Agency Aspirant, gaining hands-on experience with another agent before stepping into ownership. Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an “all in it to win it” mentality. I’m a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management. I’m married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I also previously played professional golf, which shaped the competitive drive and discipline I bring into the agency.Giving back is a major part of who we are. I’m heavily involved with HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes, a veteran-owned organization, and spend significant time volunteering and supporting their mission. For our team, we offer commission and bonus opportunities, a 401k, health benefits, flexibility when needed, and reimbursement for licensing costs. Our culture is built around one simple belief we treat you like family — both our customers and our team. We’re looking for team members who want to grow, compete, and succeed together in an environment where people genuinely care about one another and winning the right way.ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Jaworski - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.
